故障一、無瀝青噴出：
Fault 1: no asphalt spray
原因分析：1、瀝青泵沒工作；2、閥門開閉位置不對；3、泵或管路堵塞。
Cause analysis: 1. The asphalt pump didn't work; 2. The opening and closing position of the valve is not correct; 3. The pump or pipeline is blocked.
故障排除方法：1、檢查液壓系統(tǒng)是否工作正常；2、調(diào)整閥門開閉位置；3、烘烤或疏通。
Troubleshooting: 1. Check whether the hydraulic system works normally; 2. Adjust the opening and closing position of the valve; 3. Bake or dredge.
故障二、噴灑壓力不足：
Second, insufficient spraying pressure
原因分析：1、瀝青溫度太低；2、回油閥3沒關(guān)閉；3、瀝青泵磨損；4、比例閥損壞；5、液壓系統(tǒng)壓力不足；6、濾清器堵塞。
Cause analysis: 1. The temperature of asphalt is too low; 2. Return valve 3 is not closed; 3. The asphalt pump is worn; 4. The proportional valve is damaged; 5. The pressure of hydraulic system is insufficient; 6. The filter is blocked.
故障排除方法：1、加熱瀝青到規(guī)定溫度；2、關(guān)閉回油閥；3、更換瀝青泵；4、更換比例閥；5、檢查液壓系統(tǒng)；6、拆下清洗。
Troubleshooting: 1. Heat asphalt to the specified temperature; 2. Close the oil return valve; 3. Replace the asphalt pump; 4. Replace the proportional valve; 5. Check the hydraulic system; 6. Remove the washer.
故障三、瀝青噴灑不均：
Fault 3: uneven asphalt spraying:
原因分析：1、噴灑壓力不足；2、管道或噴嘴有雜質(zhì)堵塞；3、瀝青溫度太低。
Cause analysis: 1. Insufficient spraying pressure; 2. The pipe or nozzle is blocked by impurities; 3. The temperature of asphalt is too low.
故障排除方法：1、按上述檢查調(diào)整；2、清洗雜質(zhì)。
Troubleshooting: 1. Adjust according to the above inspection; 2. Clean impurities.
故障四、清洗裝置氣壓過低：
Fault 4: the air pressure of the cleaning device is too low
原因分析：1、空氣壓縮機(jī)皮帶太松；2、空氣壓縮機(jī)閥座松動、閥片發(fā)卡或損壞；3、貯氣筒或接頭漏氣。
Cause analysis: 1. The belt of air compressor is too loose; 2. The valve seat of air compressor is loose, the valve plate is jammed or damaged; 3. The air reservoir or joint leaks.
故障排除方法：1、調(diào)整皮帶張緊度；2、調(diào)整或更換；3、擰緊接頭或修理。
Troubleshooting: 1. Adjust the belt tension; 2. Adjustment or replacement; 3. Tighten the connector or repair it.
故障五、瀝青泵滲瀝青：
Fault 5: asphalt pump seeps asphalt
原因分析：軸頸處填料磨損。
Cause analysis: the packing at the journal is worn.
故障排除方法：適當(dāng)擰進(jìn)螺母或加少量盤根。
Troubleshooting: screw in the nut properly or add a small amount of packing.
