施工準備工作是保證冷再生技術順利開展的前提,施工準備期間需要對道路的信息情況進行充分的采集與分析,從而制定出一個合理的施工方案。主要任務有以下幾點:一是對原路面的使用情況和原路面所處的環境進行調查,并對相關的數據進行統計。二是對原路面的嚴重損害路段進行預處理,結合路面的實際情況對中下面層進行徹底修復,確保基礎的承載力。三是合理調配人、材、機,在進行冷再生技術前應該對建設施工過程中所需用到的材料和設備等進行檢查,保證其滿足施工的要求。四是進行鋪設試驗段,既能測量出各環節的施工所需要的溫度以及施工速度等相關數據,又能對各項指標做出檢測,因此鋪設試驗段很有代表性。

(1)清掃路面。在施工準備工作完成之后一定要徹底打掃路面,清除障礙物,保持路面的整潔,避免路面的雜物給施工的質量帶來影響。

(2)施工放樣,撒布水泥。在施工前進行放樣操作,并打格計量卸放水泥,水泥量按5%計,確保均勻撒布水泥。

(3)冷再生機銑刨拌合。用冷再生機將舊路面和基層銑刨、破碎后混合均勻,噴灑裝置按配比要求噴入乳化瀝青,再將各種材料攪拌均勻。銑刨速度根據舊路結構狀況和混合料的配合比確定,一般為5-8m/min。瀝青混凝土破碎的最大粒徑不大于30cm。在銑刨、破碎過程中及時檢測,保證混合料級配符合要求。由于碾壓必須在水泥初凝前進行。單幅拌合長度應控制在200m以內。拌和時由再生機電腦控制加水量。

Timely detection during milling and crushing processes to ensure that the gradation of the mixture meets the requirements. Due to the fact that compaction must be carried out before the initial setting of cement. The length of a single mixing should be controlled within 200m. The amount of water added during mixing is controlled by the regeneration machine computer.
