1、準備下承層
1. Prepare the lower layer
下承層外表應平整、堅實，具有規則的路拱，下承層的平整度和壓實度應契合標準規則。

3、攤鋪土

依據經歷肯定素土松鋪系數為1.25~1.3，采用機械將土平均地攤鋪在預定的寬度上，外表應平整，并有規則的路拱。

4、灑水悶料
4. Watering and sealing materials
如已整平的土含水量過小，應在土層上灑水悶料。灑水應平均，避免呈現部分水分過多的現象。細粒土應經一夜悶料。
If the moisture content of the leveled soil is too low, water should be sprayed on the soil layer to seal the material. The watering should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive water content in some areas. Fine grained soil should undergo overnight compaction.
