一、清洗外表
1、 Cleaning the exterior
冷再生機在施工過程中會有大量的灰塵落到再生機的表面，包括施工中沾污的油跡等污染物，影響外觀事小，更為嚴重的是成為腐蝕的誘發因素。

二、保養轉子及其罩殼和滑靴

1.檢查轉子是否有水泥結垢等，及時清理灰塵，對需要割除、焊接的刀具及時更換；2.清理轉子罩殼上的灰塵，并在施工結束收車時將轉子罩殼墊起地面5-10公分，防止雨雪的浸蝕；3.檢查滑靴，對已經磨損的滑靴部分進行補焊，螺紋處應涂抹黃油防銹。
