冷再生機液壓油過熱及布料器不工作的檢查

1、液壓油過熱
1. Hydraulic oil overheating
冷再生機液壓系統的油溫過高會使油液黏度降低，泄漏量增加，所潤滑部位的油膜破壞，使部件的磨損加劇；同時，高溫還會使橡塑等材料制成的密封墊過早老化而損壞。因此，控制適宜的油溫非常重要。當油溫過高時，必須停機檢查，一般可從以下幾個方面著手：

When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, which can generally be started from the following aspects:
（1）檢查油箱液面是否過低。經驗表明，油溫高往往是因為油箱缺油所致，故缺油時應及時補充。

（2）液壓油濾芯及回路是否堵塞。

（3）散熱器是否正常。散熱器如黏附了大量的灰塵，可導致散熱不良，使油溫升高。由于冷再生機工作環境灰塵較多，因此對散熱器應及時清理．

另外，液壓系統在缺油時工作，容易造成泵和馬達損壞，因此缺油故障排除后還要檢查泵和馬達的運轉狀態，必要時更換泵和馬達的已損部件。

冷再生機有時會發生左、右布料器不工作的情況，原因一般為補油系統有故障。引起補油系統壓力偏低的原因有：補油泵進油道不暢；補油泵溢流閥壓力偏低；補油泵本身故障；液壓馬達嚴重泄漏。一般應重點檢查補油泵及其溢流閥。
