液體撒布車對于融雪的處理

液體融雪劑撒布的重要方法是通過灑水車或液體撒布機進行噴灑，但實際使用過程中碰到了諸多問題。

1.噴灑劑量無法準確控制。
1. The spraying dose cannot be accurately controlled.
2.由于路況復雜，車輛需要走走停停，司機需要頻繁開關噴灑，影響行車。

針對這些疑難問題，我司與美國道格拉斯經合力研發出一款新型智能液體撒布設備---液體撒布車，具體方案如下。
To solve these difficult problems, our company and Douglas of the United States jointly developed a new intelligent liquid distribution equipment - liquid distributor. The specific solutions are as follows.
1.采用RoadMaster控制器+PWM閥，通過脈寬調制控制液壓馬達轉速達到準確控制噴灑劑量的目的。
1. Roadmaster controller + PWM valve is adopted to control the speed of hydraulic motor through pulse width modulation to accurately control the spraying dose.
2.采用GPS模塊輸出車速信號控制PWM閥的啟停。
2. Use GPS module to output vehicle speed signal to control the start and stop of PWM valve.
3.加裝一套內循環管路，將底層液體抽出從頂部注入進行循環。
3. Add a set of internal circulation pipeline to extract the bottom liquid and inject it from the top for circulation.
4.采用GPS模塊輸出車速信號通過RoadMaster控制器實時控制PWM閥開度實現定量噴灑。
