道路瀝青冷再生出現裂痕的表現形式有哪些?

一般來說,瀝青冷再生混凝土路面裂縫大體分為兩種類型:一種是荷載型裂縫,即主要由于行車荷載作用下產生的裂縫。在車輛荷載作用下,半剛性基層底部產生拉應力,如果拉應力大于基層材料的抗拉強度,則基層底部很快開裂,直影響到瀝青面層;另一種是非荷載型裂縫,以溫度裂縫為主的低溫收縮裂縫和溫度疲勞裂縫;由于施工工藝不當或用了不合格材料產生的裂縫。兩種類型的裂縫分別通過橫向裂縫、縱向裂縫、網裂和反射裂縫等形式表現出來。

縱向裂縫現象為:裂縫走向基本與行車方向平行,裂縫長度和寬度不一。一般都發生在高填方的路基上。縱向裂縫容易形成沿行車方向呈臺階狀,影響行車舒適性。

橫向裂縫現象為:裂縫與路中心線基本垂直,縫寬不一,縫長有的貫穿整個路幅,有的貫穿部分路幅,裂縫彎彎曲曲、有枝有叉。橫向裂縫中的唧漿導致裂縫兩側凹陷,橋頭跳車處的路面橫向裂縫,在路面積水的作用下加速跳車發展的速度,同時會對路基造成沖刷。

反射裂縫現象為:基層產生裂縫以后,在溫度和行車荷載的作用下,裂縫逐漸反射到瀝青混凝土面層,路面的裂縫形式與基層裂縫形式基本一致。對于半剛性基層以橫向裂縫居多,對于柔性路面上加蓋的瀝青結構層,裂縫形式不一,主要取決下承層。
