冷再生機維護路面過程中如何處理接縫?

每次停機,即使是僅需幾分鐘用于更換罐車,也將形成一個嚴重影響再生材料均勻性的橫縫。因此,施工中,應盡量減少停機現象。在不可避免的情況下,應對所形成的橫縫進行認真處理。

1、在臨時停機后重新開始施工時,整個再生機組應倒退1.5~2m的距離到達再生過的材料上,以保證開始施工后所有材料均得到處理。

2、上一作業段壓實時,要預留4~6m不進行碾壓,待下一段碾壓時一并壓實。
