路面冷再生機在炎熱的夏季長距離銑削堅固路面時,常常會出現(xiàn)水溫高甚“開鍋”現(xiàn)象。由于環(huán)境溫度較高,單靠發(fā)動機水散熱器冷卻,往往不能滿足散熱要求。為此我們添加了1套輔助散熱裝置。
During the hot summer months, the road surface cold recycling machine often experiences high water temperature and even "boiling" when milling solid road surfaces over long distances. Due to the high ambient temperature, relying solely on the engine water radiator for cooling often cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements. We have added one set of auxiliary cooling devices for this purpose.
路面冷再生機與其他工程機械不同的地方在于,其作業(yè)時頂推水車同步行進(jìn)(水車發(fā)動機熄火),水車與冷再生機自身的噴灑系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合工作,給銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子銑削、拌和的骨料添加適量的水。因此,冷再生機有源源不斷的涼水供應(yīng)。
The difference between the road surface cold recycling machine and other construction machinery is that during its operation, the top pushing water wheel moves synchronously (the water wheel engine is turned off), and the water wheel and the cold recycling machine's own spraying system work together to add an appropriate amount of water to the aggregate milled and mixed by the milling rotor. Therefore, the cold regeneration machine has a continuous supply of cold water.
我們利用這一有利條件,添加了1套輔助散熱裝置,也就是我們常說的水冷器(通常采用油冷器)。考慮到水的腐蝕性比較大,我們就把筒體材料進(jìn)行了表面處理(或用不銹鋼重新制作),這樣就可以用水來冷卻。其安裝方式如附圖所示,其水冷器2與發(fā)動機水散熱器并列安裝,這樣涼水即從水冷器的外腔不斷流過,發(fā)動機的熱水從水冷器的內(nèi)腔通過。
We took advantage of this favorable condition and added a set of auxiliary heat dissipation devices, commonly known as water coolers (usually oil coolers). Considering the high corrosiveness of water, we have treated the surface of the cylinder material (or remade it with stainless steel) so that it can be cooled with water. The installation method is shown in the attached figure. The water cooler 2 is installed in parallel with the engine water radiator, so that the cold water continuously flows through the outer chamber of the water cooler, and the hot water of the engine passes through the inner chamber of the water cooler.
為防止發(fā)動機出水口壓力不足以及水冷器流過的熱水少,在發(fā)動機出水管5處增加1個節(jié)流裝置,這樣可使發(fā)動機出水口壓力增大,發(fā)動機流出的熱大部分水可流到水冷器中進(jìn)行冷卻。
To prevent insufficient pressure at the engine outlet and insufficient hot water flowing through the water cooler, an additional throttling device is added at point 5 of the engine outlet pipe. This can increase the pressure at the engine outlet, allowing most of the hot water flowing out of the engine to flow into the water cooler for cooling.
