冷再生機機械保養注意事項？

天氣清冷之前，機械該如何進行保養呢？

一、清洗外表
1、 Clean the exterior
冷再生機在施工過程中會有大量的灰塵落到再生機的表面，包括施工中沾污的油跡等污染物，影響外觀事小，更為嚴重的是成為腐蝕的誘發因素。

二、 保養轉子及其罩殼和滑靴

1.檢查轉子是否有水泥結垢等，及時清理灰塵，對需要割除、焊接的刀具及時更換；

準備事項：
Preparation:
1、場地:要求無塵硬化路面，面積應在200平方米左右，盡量是庫房，但要有足夠25噸的吊車的工作高度和半徑。

2、設施：25噸吊車一臺（20噸也可以）。

3、配件：進口美孚齒輪油9升、衛生紙10卷、塑料帶20個、廢油桶2個、緊固膠262/340一支、密封膠587一支、黃油一袋，細線繩20米、 12 *45的帶母螺栓30套、4*30開口銷10個。

4、工具：10、16、18、19、21、22、24、30套筒和扳手至少一套、快速扳手及長、短接桿各一、加力桿一根、30的輪胎扳手、10毫米的內六角扳手、55的活口扳手兩把、小號活口扳手一把、小號的老虎鉗一把、手鉗一把、一字螺絲刀一把、大小錘頭各一、撬棍兩根，配備氣動扳手和氣泵，能提高工作效率。
4.
