冷再生機的常用施工方案!

  根據原有道路結構和新設計方案的不同, 就地冷再生可以組合出多種施工方案!其實各種施工方案的工作原理都是一樣, 區別是摻入材料的不同,加入的方法也有所不同。以水泥為添加料對瀝青路面進行就地冷再生是常用的一種方案。

  在利用水泥進行就地冷再生時,外加料主要是水泥,水泥的通常用量按重量計在2%-5%之間比較合適。如果水泥的用量過多,容易使再生層變脆。同時還要加入適量的水。

  水泥的加入方法有兩種,一種是利用人工或專用機械將水泥預先撒布在需要再生的路面上。這時水的加入方法,是通過冷再生機上所配備的微機控制系統從跟班作業的運水車內輸送到冷再生機的拌和倉中。
